Paper prints are created onto at least 160gsm paper with a small border around the print, the title and the BRS logo in the bottom corner. Premium paper prints are reproduced on a textured 300 gsm archival fine art paper, hand signed and titled by Barry.
Paper prints can be sent nationally or internationally in a sturdy tube for custom framing at your location, or choose our framed version of your favourite image. We have two frame colours; White and Black

Free shipping within New Zealand with orders over $500*
New Zealand and worldwide Shipping, packaging and handling are charged at a nominal fee to cover the rising costs of freight, please check the freight costs at the shopping cart page.
Please note that international shipping costs are not tracked or insured. Any and all duty and tax costs related to your international purchase and delivery are to be paid by you.
Delivery times
Within New Zealand
It usually takes anywhere from 5 - 14 working days before the item reaches your destination.
Overseas Purchases
As a guide from previous orders - It usually takes anywhere from 14 - 20 working days before the item reaches your destination.
Framed items can not be insured due to the risk of breakage with the glass, so any items sent internationally are at the buyers risk completely
We cannot send items that are over 1 metre on a side overseas as couriers no longer accept these items. Contact us for oversized freight
You will be sent a notification once your purchase has been sent. Paper Prints are often sent rolled in a sturdy tube.
Guidelines for Shipping
We cannot courier to P.O.Boxes, please make sure you supply a physical address.

Framed prints have glass, to insure against breakage, please inquire about insurance.

Stretched canvas is sent in a box.

Unstretched canvas prints are rolled in a tube - recommended for overseas buyers.

1) All items currently offered for sale on this website are based upon original artworks by Barry Ross Smith and the image copyright remains with Barry Ross Smith
2) All orders will be dispatched within 7 days of the order date unless unforeseen circumstances interrupt.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot freight to P.O.Boxes.
3) When purchasing artworks or reproductions, you are purchasing the item itself and not any rights to replicate, reproduce or distribute the image.
4) Barry Ross Smith Partnership aims to have this website current and up to date, if for some reason there is incorrect information on a listed item we will amend as soon as informed. We hold no accountability, or responsibility for any mistakes or incorrect listings mage in error.
5) Barry Ross Smith Partnership reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, cancel or remove orders as well as individual items from this website, without prior notice.
6) If returning a print for a refund,the customer will be responsible for the cost of freight for returning the print and ensuring its safety until it is received by our ourselves and quality checked. It is advised to leave the artwork in the packaging it was sent in unless for some reason this is not possible, or the packaging is damaged.

The information collected will be used to process your order accurately and may be used to inform you of any offers or news from ourselves. If you do not wish to hear from www.barryrosssmith.com you will be given the option to unsubscribe from this. You can update any information we hold on you at anytime by contacting us with any amendments.
Refunds
1) If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 3 days of receiving the order. You will be liable for the postage cost to return the order. I ask that you inform me that this is your intention via email before returning the artwork(s),and take good care to package the product(s) carefully to ensure it (they) reach me in good condition. In these circumstances I will refund your payment via the original payment method as soon as possible. I aim to do this within 14 days in all cases. If the goods are returned damaged, any refund payable by Barry Ross Smith is forfeited.
2) I aim to have this website up to date with the correct availability for any artwork, however if for some reason a print is unavailable at the time of ordering I will cancel your order, notify you via email and process a full refund within 7 days of the date of your order.
3) Barry Ross Smith Partnership reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, cancel or remove orders as well as individual items from this website, without prior notice.
Damaged Goods
Any goods which are received by the customer which is found to be damaged can be returned to the artist for a full replacement. Please advise immediately and take photographs of all and any damage for insurance purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all packaging is intact and there is no visible damage to the outside of the packaging before signing for the goods. There are no refunds for acceptance of a package that is visibly damaged. If the goods are returned to us damaged, any refund payable by Barry Ross Smith is forfeited
